Angel’s Envy chose this site as their destination location for “urban bourbon” in downtown Louisville.  It involved a zone change from C-3 to EZ-1, approval by the Downtown Development Overlay Review Committee, and a Revised Detailed District Development Plan to allow bottling and event space at 418 E. Main Street in Louisville.
