This project involved Baptist Health’s new, 55-acre medical campus in Oldham County.  This development involved creating a “Healthcare Special District” and creating its own zoning regulations under the Planned Neighborhood District regulation.  The site will have a 7-story hospital, multiple offices and retail uses to supplement, and support Baptist Health’s Healthcare Campus.
