Nicholas R. Pregliasco

Nicholas R. Pregliasco practiced at a large regional law firm before joining Bardenwerper, Talbott & Roberts, PLLC. He concentrates his practice on land use, real estate finance transactions and workouts, real estate litigation, bankruptcy, low-income housing tax credits, and general corporate law.

Nick is also an integral part of the land use, zoning, and development team with John Talbott and two paralegals who work closely every day with Bill Bardenwerper to quarterback a large number of land planning, engineering, and architecture professionals to efficiently, seamlessly, and cost-effectively handle a multiplicity of often complex issues and processes involving an ongoing array of development projects.

Nick graduated summa cum laude from the University of Kentucky in 1997 and then magna cum laude from the University of Louisville Brandeis School of Law in 2001, where he served as Articles Editor of the Brandeis Law Journal. He has twice served as chairman of the Louisville Bar Association Real Estate Section and on the KBA condominium and community association law drafting committees. He served on the Board of Directors of the Building Industry Association (BIA) of Greater Louisville in 2015, 2016, and 2019. He presently serves on the BIA and Greater Louisville Inc. (GLI) Land Development Committees.
